While 2019 celebrates Focal's 40th anniversary, the year also marks an exceptional new partnership for the brand: on May 17, Focal & Studio DMI (The Study of Digital Music Innovation) inaugurated a remarkable production studio in Las Vegas!
INSPIRED, STYLISH, HIGH-PERFORMANCE, CONNECTED
Dedicated to musical creation, the Studio DMI Powered by Focal is a 4,000 m² space comprising three studios, a recording studio and an artists' lounge.
Offering a unique experience in the world of electronic music, all these spaces are equipped with the best of Focal products, from Focal Professional studio monitors to hi-fi loudspeakers. Acoustic panels and furnishings are by Vicoustic and Zaor respectively.
The result? Ultra-modern space and design, unique and recognized expertise from leading manufacturers: the Studio DMI Powered by Focal reinvents the codes of mixing, mastering, recording and post-production.

DAVID GUETTA, KUNGS, DJ SNAKE, GRANDTHEFT...
The studio collaborates with a number of international artists and producers: Major Lazer, Gareth Emery, Snoop Dogg, Borgeous, Dada Life, David Guetta, Jermaine Dupri and many others... As conductors and masters of the studio, renowned sound engineers Luca Pretolesi (multiple Grammy Music Award nominee) and Scott Banks create tracks with immediate and worldwide success.
What's more, the studio has created "The Alliance" concept, with the aim of developing the digital music experience while providing a space for contact between creators. Last but not least, an accredited continuing education program called "Music Alliance Academy" enables participants to specialize and perfect their skills in electronic music production.
